Said Strumpet Czech Pale Lager Still a wonderful beer. Awesome flavor. Great clarity. Gorgeous. I am pretty sure this will be the next keg to kick. Has lasted over 2.5 months, which is pretty surprising considering both the wife and myself love this beer.

Alex's Golden Paradise Tangerine Wheat Tilt says 1.011 at 64 degrees. There isn't a lot of movement or bubbling, but there is still lots of krausen and the beer is extremely hazy. I was originally thinking I'd keg on Sunday, but it isn't looking like it will be ready at that point.

McShepardSons Irish Ale Kegged today. Pressure transfer took FOREVER! About 40 minutes. Eventually I figured out that the liquid out disconnect wasn't fully engaged. If I pushed it down, it would flow better. It seems to be the disconnect, because I tried another and it worked much better. The beer FG was 1.012, which makes this a 3.8% ABV beer. Nice Irish Red flavor. Chilling now. Will be ready to drink by St. Paddy's Day.

Mardi Bock Checked into untappd. Noticed that I never checked in the 2023 version. Oh well. Great bready Munich malt flavor. Not too sweet. Great balance. Wonderful thick head and carbonation is about perfect. Not as clear as I would like, but I'm ok with that for now.

McShepardSons Irish Ale Tilt says 1.015 at 63. Yesterday, I released the pressure to push more liquid out of the keg. Glad I didn't wait to do that later in the week because the release of pressure bought trub up into solution and now the beer isn't as clear. Still have a few days before kegging, so hopefully it will clear up again before kegging.

Since the rest of the keg liquid obviously isn't going to get pushed out, I decided to put on the spunding valve to see if the keg accumulated any more pressure.

Mardi Bock Kegged. Got the whole thing done with closed transfer. FG at 1.014, which makes this a 6.8% beer. Nice bock-like flavor, although maybe a bit more balanced than a typical sweet bock. Chilling in the kegerator. Collected yeast for next lager.

Mardi Bock Brewed today. Everything went pretty well although I had to add some table sugar to get up to planned pre-boil gravity. I need to remember next time to reduce my brew house efficiency on this since it is a big beer. Nice and cold out so I was able to get chilled into the 50's easily. OG right at 1.065.

Said Strumpet Czech Pale Lager Brew day yesterday went well. Overnight mash. 1.040 OG ... right on plan. Chilled to under 50 with just the flowing water. Spilled most of the S-23 so I also put in a pack of W-34/70. Not seeing fermentation signs yet today.
